Terms & Conditions for Boarding at Cosy Kennels & Cattery
Current vaccination certificates are required for all dogs and cats boarded on these premises. For dogs this must include kennel cough
Payment is required when the animal(s) are left at the kennels/cattery. We accept bank transfers or cash. We do not accept ccredit or debit cards
We charge by the day including day of arrival and day of departure
At busy times of year we ask for a non-refundable non-transferrable deposit in advance to secure a booking
Christmas Day and Boxing Day are charged at double the normal rate.
We have a minimum 7 day stay over our busy periods.
Where bookings are cancelled or reduced less than 14 days before the start of the proposed stay a 75% cancellation charge will be made
Advertised prices include food, heating and insurance. Where owners bring pets' own food no discount will be given for this
