Current vaccination certificates are required for all dogs and cats boarded on these premises. For dogs this must include kennel cough |

Payment is required when the animal(s) are left at the kennels/cattery. We accept cheques covered by cheque guarantee card or cash |

We charge by the day including day of arrival and day of departure |
| 4 |
At busy times of year we ask for a non-refundable deposit in advance to secure a booking |
| 5 |
Over the Christmas/New Year period and in the school summer holidays we have a minimum seven day charge policy |
| 6 |
Christmas Day is charged at double the normal rate |
| 7 |
Where bookings are cancelled or reduced less than seven days before the start of the proposed stay a 75% cancellation charge will be made |
| 8 |
Advertised prices include food, heating and insurance. Where owners bring pets' own food no discount will be given for this |
| 9 |
We are closed on Bank Holidays |
